BATIMAT In Situ: BATIMAT SETS ARCHITECTURE AT THE HEART OF THE SHOW

Batimat In Situ In 2013, in Hall 5b, BATIMAT In Situ are giving architects the chance to speak out, dedicating large-scale events at the show to architecture. Batimat In Situ is a unique new event – offering total digital immersion in the design concepts behind the most innovative architectural projects in the Greater Paris region.

The 4th November:
• Dedicated pages on the show’s website www.batimat.com including plans, photographs, technical information and interviews for the 50 selected projects.
• A smartphone app, including all the content (architect interviews, photos, plans, sections, etc.) plus a function for locating the buildings on a Paris region map.

BATIMAT In Situ enables you to discover 50 outstanding buildings completed around Greater Paris. This event gives the chance to 50 architects to speak out and showcase their choice of materials and the construction stakes of a building.

BATIMAT OFF : 6 set architectural tours available

Simultaneously, and throughout the exhibition, real-life guided tours of a selection of the projects presented in BATIMAT In Situ will be offered to visitors. Six set tours will be available, lasting two to three hours, led and with a commentary by professional architects of the agency GA Paris, member of Guiding Architects.
