When you have ordered a badge you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It can take up to 30 minutes for you receive this message.
If you still haven’t received this confirmation, please check your anti-spam filter.
If you are fully registered you will receive the weekly Batimat newsletter from September onwards. This newsletter will contain a link to your personal electronic badge.
Finally, if you wish to check now whether or not you have actually been registered, all you need do is repeat step 1 of the badge order (regardless of the price).
Take care to enter precisely the same name, fore names and e-mail addresses as in your original order.
If you are already registered then your electronic badge will be automatically displayed when you move on to step 2.
NB: only one official badge will be printed for each electronic badge.

If you chose the postal delivery option (€5) for your official badge when you placed your order, it will be sent out in mid September.
I want a receipt for the order
When you order a badge you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your order summary, which can be used as a receipt (for your expenses records, in particular). No other sort of receipt will be supplied.
If you pre-register via the web site, the cost of a badge valid for all 6 days of the show costs €45 inclusive of VAT.
At the show entrance, such a show entry badge costs €60 inclusive of VAT.

Registration is a 5 step process at the end of which you will be asked to make payment by means of cheque or bank card.
You then print out your electronic badge, with which you will be able to obtain your final and permanent badge at the show entrance.
You can also choose to receive your official 6-day badge by post, for which an additional €5 inclusive of VAT is charged to cover postage and administration.
You will also receive a confirmation e-mail in which you will find:
- Your personal number, which all you need to obtain your badge at the show entrance.
- A link to open your electronic badge
A link to open your order summary, which can be used as a receipt (for your expenses records, in particular). No other sort of receipt will be supplied.
