Interview: Mr Jean CAMBIERI, Director of the Renault Pro Plus National Centre
Why is Renault taking part in BATIMAT 2011? What are you expecting from the show?Renault has remained loyal to BATIMAT for many years and is taking part in this show because the building and civil engineering sector is an important one for the company and the converted vehicle market. As a leader in France and Europe, Renault needs to be present at a show that offers such great potential through its 380,000 plus building and civil engineering visitors. BATIMAT is a key show for us in terms of image, profile and customers.
The forthcoming show will be major first for Renault because, as well as our vehicles aimed at specific trades, we will be exhibiting a model of electric vehicle with fittings specifically for the building and civil engineering trades that is planned to go on sale in October 2011. Finally, BATIMAT is an opportunity for us to invite our customers and show them our products in a different context.
