'This solution is a motorized device for locking/unlocking a casement window. It's a very simple mechanism, with few machinings and easy connections. It's particularly suitable for eldery or disbled persons : no effort required to lock/unlock the vent. The handle is replaced with a flushing sensitive touch pad to start the unlocking.
