How do I get my access badge?
Get your pass online => Registration
We invite you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor hub. Your exhibitor badge will allow you access to the show before it opens to the general public.
Students from accredited schools can access the trade show free of charge.
Accreditation for student groups will be handled exclusively online.
You qualify for a reduced rate of €17 (excl. tax).
Registration takes place at the event upon presentation of proof of status (proof of enrollment or a valid student ID card).

We invite you to contact the exhibitor you are working for to obtain information regarding access conditions for service providers (instructions in their exhibitor hub).
We remind you that persons under 18 years of age may not access the show except in duly indicated exceptional circumstances and/or with prior written authorization from the organizer (such as previously registered students).
- After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.
- Printing your badge is not mandatory; however, you must present your registration confirmation—which includes a QR code—at the event reception.
- If you wish to print your badge, we recommend doing so in advance to gain direct access to the event and avoid waiting for on-site printing.
- Your registration is issued in your name and is non-transferable. It is valid for the entire duration of the event, and you will be required to present it (QR code or badge) each time you enter the venue..

Premium Visitor Pass: €150 (excl. tax)
Students and job seekers: €17 (excl. tax)
Schools/Accompanied student groups: Free (subject to prior approval)

Badge not received, what should I do?
After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.
Confirmation emails may end up in your spam folder. If you haven't received them, please contact our customer service using the Helpdesk form or by phone at +33 1 47 56 52 00, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Need a visa to attend the show, how do I apply?
Depending on your departure location, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the France-Visas website to find out which documents are required for entry into France.
The visa letter can be downloaded from your registration confirmation email.

Are the conferences translated?
Simultaneous interpretation for the conferences is provided in the following rooms:
Agora 1 (Hall 1)
Agora 5.2 (Hall 5.2)
Agora 4 (Hall 4)
The entire program is simultaneously interpreted into English, Italian, and Spanish.
Please bring your own headphones for the interpretation service.

It is therefore important to point out that RX France group complies with European legislation on data protection (GDPR). RX France does not sell or rent its data to third party companies. The messages you receive from these companies are therefore fraudulent and have no connection with Batimat and the RX France group.
